THIS BUILDING HAS BEEN SAVED

After decades of distress this building has been saved by Sherman & Hemstreet Real Estate principals Connie Wilson and Joe Edge. Over the next couple of years the building will be renovated. Phase I will include the rear 2 story portion being converted to executive office space as well as an overhaul of the exterior of the building and grounds. The front sanctuary will be renovated as part of phase II. Currently S&H is seeking input from the community for ideas for that portion of the building.
